Short Bio

 

Royce Holliday lives in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney with his wife and Labrador and countless native birds. His photography helps him see the extraordinary in the ordinary; he is often surprised by his images as if he had little to do with creating them. The creative process intrigues him.

Dr Holliday (a PhD in Education) and his wife are ardent overseas travellers. Their travels, particularly to France, provide him with a feast of photographic and drawing opportunities, opportunities also for personal growth involving various assumptions being challenged.
